In industrial facilities, there are different sources where hazards can arise. Chemicals present in the facilities, operational errors, equipment-related errors, human errors, and external factors can all contribute to the formation of hazardous environments.<\/p>\n<p>The occurrence of hazardous environments leads to the emergence of risks. Risk can be defined as the measure of economic, human, or environmental factors resulting from the occurrence of a hazardous event.
