It is in the risk communication part of the <strong>risk management steps of chemicals.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space empty_h=&#8221;2&#8243;][vc_single_image media=&#8221;82875&#8243; media_width_percent=&#8221;65&#8243; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;981332&#8243;][vc_empty_space empty_h=&#8221;3&#8243;][vc_custom_heading text_size=&#8221;h3&#8243; text_weight=&#8221;600&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;455582&#8243;]How to prepare a Safety Data Sheet for the substance or mixture?[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_empty_space empty_h=&#8221;2&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;140269&#8243;]In Turkey, considering the rules coming with the <strong>Safety Data Sheet<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.resmigazete.gov.tr\/eskiler\/2013\/12\/20131211M1-1.htm\">Regulation on Classification, Labeling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures<\/a> (Turkish CLP Regulation, SEA),<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It is prepared by the preparer of the safety data sheet in accordance with the &#8220;Regulation on Safety Data Sheets Regarding Hazardous Substances and Mixtures&#8221; until 12.2023,<\/li>\n<li>In addition, until and after this date, the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mevzuat.gov.tr\/mevzuat?MevzuatNo=23694&amp;MevzuatTur=7&amp;MevzuatTertip=5\">Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals<\/a>\u201d <strong>(Turkish REACH, KKDIK)<\/strong> regulation is prepared by the <strong>Chemical Evaluation Specialist<\/strong> in accordance with Annex-2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When new information is obtained about information or damages that may affect <strong>risk management<\/strong> measures; when allowed or denied; <strong>Safety Data Sheet<\/strong> is updated when restriction is introduced. In the light of this information, physical, health and environmental hazard classifications are made according to the <strong>SEA<\/strong> regulation and a <em><strong>safety data form<\/strong><\/em> is prepared.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space empty_h=&#8221;2&#8243;][vc_single_image media=&#8221;82876&#8243; media_width_percent=&#8221;70&#8243; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;220535&#8243;][vc_empty_space empty_h=&#8221;2&#8243;][vc_custom_heading text_size=&#8221;h3&#8243; text_weight=&#8221;600&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;721846&#8243;]Do I have to prepare a Safety Data Sheet?[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_empty_space empty_h=&#8221;2&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;195094&#8243;]<strong>The Safety Data Sheet<\/strong> (SDS) is the risk communication step and is a mechanism for communicating safety information for substances and mixtures when:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A substance or mixture meets the classification criteria as non-hazardous in the Regulation on Classification, Labeling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (SEA),<\/li>\n<li>Persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic (PBT) or very persistent and very bioaccumulative (vPvB) according to the criteria specified in Annex-13 of the KKDIK Regulation,<\/li>\n<li>Final inclusion of a substance in the candidate list for authorization pursuant to Article 49 of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mevzuat.gov.tr\/mevzuat?MevzuatNo=23694&amp;MevzuatTur=7&amp;MevzuatTertip=5\">KKDIK<\/a> for any other reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>In case of conditions specified in Article 27 (3) of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mevzuat.gov.tr\/mevzuat?MevzuatNo=23694&amp;MevzuatTur=7&amp;MevzuatTertip=5\"><strong>Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals<\/strong><\/a>, a SDS may be required for some mixtures that do not meet the classification criteria as hazardous according to SEA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SDS<\/strong> does not have to be provided for items*. Although the <strong>SDS<\/strong> format can be used to provide security information throughout the supply chain for only a few items, it is not used for many items.<\/p>\n<p>*Item: An object that is
